Your Responsibilities:

  • Implement strategies and national and international standards
  • Optimize operational efficiency in rooms, bars, and MICE for our 6 hotels in your region, as well as supporting Central Europe
  • Direct reporting line to the Managing Director
  • Ensure the maintenance of our quality standards and ensure that colleagues adhere to them
  • Collaborate with all F&B outlets and ensure smooth communication
  • Support in forecasting, manage budgets, and prepare financial audits without any issues
  • Maintain hygiene regulations and adhere to standardized guidelines
  • Be communicative and creative, bringing new ideas and approaches to established structures
  • Work service-oriented and see yourself as a service provider, with customer satisfaction being your top priority
  • Work in a team and are interested in the satisfaction and development of your colleagues

What We're Looking For:

  • At least three years of experience in a leadership position in the F&B department, preferably with responsibility for a region with hotels of various brands
  • Result-oriented and good numerical skills
  • Experience in team management and leadership, as well as planning and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills and a pleasant demeanor
  • Good German and English language skills
  • Willingness to live in North Rhine-Westphalia and a certain willingness to travel
