Production Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Specialist to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing internal work processes, developing production standards, and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
* Technical Documentation (30%): Develop and formulate production standards, work instructions, and training manuals for various production steps.
* Operational Expenditures (40%): Identify and implement improvement potentials with teams, track effectiveness of improvements, and interface with engineering and controlling departments.
* Project Work (15%): Develop the global footprint for supply systems.
* Quality Management (15%): Analyze and evaluate data to inform store floor decisions, process deviations, and advance technological development.
Requirements
* Master's degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering.
* Relevant experience in production environments, preferably with knowledge of welding, painting, and assembly processes.
* Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to work at various hierarchical levels.
* Innovative and analytical approach, paired with strong implementation skills and a hands-on mentality.
* Fluency in written and spoken German and English (B2).
* Willingness to travel.
