Automotive Quality Engineer

As a Quality Engineer in our Automotive department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our projects. Your main tasks will include:
- Project-based quality management and process support
- Responsibility for a specific range of components
- Quality planning and coordination
- Coordination and control of the sampling process
- Analysis of error causes and definition of measures, as well as verification of the effectiveness of implemented quality measures
- Participation in the development of an integrated management system
- Consultation and support of specialist teams in quality matters in accordance with valid standards and regulations
- Audit and development of suppliers
Requirements:
- You have a completed degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field
- You have already gained several years of experience in the automotive industry (ideally at an OEM) and/or in quality management and have already gained FMEA expertise
- You have experience in developing quality management processes, including interface considerations
- You are familiar with common QM methods (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, etc.) and valid standards in the automotive industry, such as the ISO 9000 series and ISO TS 16949
- You have sound English and MS Office skills
- Ideal candidates are result-oriented and have the ability to work efficiently in decentralized development teams
- Strong negotiation skills, communication skills, organizational talent, and a strong team orientation round out your profile
