Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled

Care Professional / Certified Nursing Professional (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering personalized and comprehensive care to patients
• Administering medical treatments and monitoring health conditions
• Maintaining accurate documentation and managing administrative tasks
• Facilitating effective communication and teamwork
• Ensuring quality assurance and engaging in continuous education

Qualifications Required:

• Completion of training as a healthcare nurse, elderly care nurse, or a similar qualification
• In-depth knowledge of nursing protocols and standards, along with familiarity with care models and medication management
• Experience with care documentation systems and basic medical technology
• A valid Class B driver's license
• Professional experience in various care settings including inpatient, outpatient, geriatric, intensive, or rehabilitation care
• Strong communication skills with patients and families, along with empathy and sensitivity
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
• Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic work environment
• Independent and organized work style
• Capability to prioritize and delegate effectively
