We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Associate / Cashier / Team Member / Gas Station Attendant / Esso Gas Station Employee (m/f/d) to join our team at our Esso Station in Offenburg.

This is a part-time opportunity, requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all customers.
• Sell gas station products and services, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions using the relevant systems, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and present products in the back shop, ensuring a visually appealing display.
• Monitor inventory, check incoming goods, and present products in the shop, maintaining a high level of stock management.
• Ensure compliance with internal and legal requirements, particularly in terms of safety and hygiene, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Contribute to the implementation of sales promotion activities, driving sales growth and customer engagement.

• Experience in retail is desirable, but newcomers are also welcome to apply.
• Strong customer orientation and willingness to provide excellent service.
• Friendly demeanor and strong communication skills.

• Good command of the German language.
