As a Senior EU Transport Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our fleet operations meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective fleet accountability mechanisms, ensuring contractual and service level standards are consistently met.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address areas of non-compliance, and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.

Key functions of the role include:

  • Developing and implementing fleet accountability metrics
  • Conducting data analysis to detect systematic failures
  • Documenting and reporting service quality levels
  • Building effective relationships with senior leadership and legal teams
  • Collaborating with Fleet Operations and Compliance Leaders in other geographies

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key qualifications for the role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in Assurance, Automotive, Engineering, Logistics, Legal or Contract Management
  • Proven experience influencing and interacting with cross-functional teams at the senior leadership level
  • Excellent communication skills and a high bar for accuracy and detail
