About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Expert to join our team at Nexperia. As a key member of our Sustainability Office, you will be responsible for managing our Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) calculator and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain our PCF calculator, ensuring compliance with the ISO 14067 standard and Catena-X rule book.
- Coordinate with departments to contribute to LCA/PCF calculations and derive targets to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
- Provide benchmark assessments and engage with customers to understand their needs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to enable access to PCF data and create reports.
- Evaluate regulations, customer requirements, and stakeholder needs to inform our sustainability strategy.
About You:
We are looking for a professional with a strong background in engineering, ideally with a connection to sustainability or carbon accounting. Your experience in LCA/PCF calculations, preferably in the semiconductor or automotive industry, will be invaluable in this role.
