Analog Devices is seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Account Manager to join our team in North Germany. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers in the region, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in the North Germany region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new customers and startups, to drive sales growth.
- Leverage technical expertise to solve customers' complex problems and provide value-added solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sales KPIs are met, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Analog Devices technologies, products, and trends to effectively communicate value to customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
- 5+ years of sales experience with a strong track record of success, demonstrating strong selling, negotiating, and business planning skills.
- Experience in the semiconductor market and solution selling.
- Experience in technology sales and working with distribution partners.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and positive attitude required.
- Team player with ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Self-motivating and taking initiative.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Proficiency in German and English language.
- Willingness to travel 2-3 days a week.
- Full clean driving license and passport.
