Job OverviewWe are seeking an Intern Applied Innovation (m/f/div) Personal Care (Skin, Hair, Cleaning) to support our team in developing and executing innovation projects related to personal care products. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research and analysis, assisting in the development of new product concepts and formulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and insights related to personal care products
- Assist in the development of new product concepts and formulations for skin, hair, and cleaning products
- Conduct lab experiments and tests to evaluate the performance of new product formulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Marketing, and Operations to ensure successful project execution
- Participate in project meetings and provide regular project updates to the Applied Innovation team
- Support the development of technical documentation and presentations related to innovation projects
The ideal candidate will have a passion for personal care and be eager to learn and contribute to the development of innovative products. A strong interest in personal care products, specifically skin, hair, and cleaning, is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as ability to work independently and in a team environment, are essential.
A Bachelor's degree (with at least 120 ECTS) or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related subjects is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also necessary. Previous experience in a laboratory setting is a plus.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this internship is $40,000 per year.
