Arbeite mit einem Team im Bereich Global Mobility Services (GMS) und berate unsere nationalen sowie internationalen Klienten an der Schnittstelle zwischen Human Resources und Steuerrecht.

Deine Aufgaben
Wenn Du bereit bist, unsere Teams an verschiedenen Standorten zu unterstützen und Dein Fachwissen einzubringen, dann bist Du hier genau richtig:

  • Du analysierst Vergütungsdaten von international tätigen Mitarbeitern, um die steuerlichen und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Verpflichtungen in den jeweiligen Einsatzländern zu gewährleisten.
  • Die umfassende Kommunikation mit unseren Klienten und internationalen Kollegen während der Planung und Durchführung von Beratungsprojekten gehört ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben.
  • Du entwickelst ein fundiertes Verständnis für alle relevanten Vergütungsdaten und führst deren Aufbereitung und Analyse mithilfe von Visualisierungssoftware durch.
  • Zusätzlich unterstützt und berätst Du bei der fortschreitenden Automatisierung unserer Arbeitsabläufe sowohl aus technischer als auch aus fachlicher Perspektive.
  • Du bist der Ansprechpartner für unsere Klienten in allen steuerlichen und abrechnungsrelevanten Angelegenheiten.
  • Eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit KPMG-Kollegen aus aller Welt ist Teil Deines Arbeitsalltags.
Dein Profil
  • Um als (Junior) Tax Consultant - KPMG Global Compensation Management (m/f/d) tätig zu sein, benötigst Du ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschafts-, Rechts- oder Kulturwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
  • Idealerweise hast Du bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Steuerbereich oder im Bereich Global Mobility, beispielsweise durch studienbegleitende Tätigkeiten, gesammelt.
  • Ein sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen ist erforderlich.
  • Erfahrungen im Ausland sind für diese Position von Vorteil.
  • Du bringst Engagement, Teamgeist, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Flexibilität mit.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab.
