Job Title: Head of Enterprise DACH

Epidemic Sound is seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Enterprise DACH to lead our Enterprise Sales efforts globally. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our business in the DACH region through the establishment of new accounts and customers, managing a team of Account Executives and Customer Success Managers, and driving revenue growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the DACH region
  • Manage a team of Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the DACH region
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of managerial experience in complex B2B sales, preferably in the tech and/or software industry
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
