About the Role

At the FNZ Group, we are looking for a highly skilled Platform Consultant to join our Solution Consulting team. As a Platform Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing high-value services to our existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers to define proposition and product requirements, providing market expertise as required.
  • Develop a full understanding of a Platform Target Operating Model, including interfaces between platform and customers operations and FNZ Investment operations.
  • Become an expert in the Model Wealth Solution and run the MWS Configuration process for new platform implementations.
  • Document any bespoke customer requirements.
  • Provide review and quality assurance of design documentation produced by the FNZ Systems analyst team.
  • Offer training programs and knowledge transfer services for FNZ customers.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a candidate with a degree qualification, preferably First Class or above, and experience in Finance, IT, or project management. You should be confident, able to take initiative, and have excellent analytical thinking, commercial awareness, and communication skills. Additionally, you should have intermediate computer skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced technology delivery environment.

Our team works closely with FNZ's Business Readiness Team, Operations, and Production Support teams to ensure robust and supportable solutions are delivered into production environments.
