About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DRAM Product Test Engineer to join our team at Micron Semiconductor (Deutschland) GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our growing DRAM business in Munich.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test Concept Definition: Develop robust at-speed test coverage concepts to ensure the quality of our DRAM products.
  • ATE Setup and Measurements: Configure and perform measurements using Automatic Test Equipment to validate product performance.
  • Script Implementation: Write scripts to extract manufacturing parametric data and interpret it using statistical methods.
  • Analysis and Yield Enhancement: Apply analysis results to drive yield enhancement, product cost, and device performance using suitable algorithms.
  • Test Software Architecture: Define test software architecture and methodologies for testing and debugging next-generation graphics chips.
  • DFT and Circuit Architecture: Provide ideas for new Design for Testability and circuit architectures to support enhanced test capability.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate activities with Design, Test Engineering, Application Engineering, and Quality Department for comprehensive coverage.
Requirements
  • Education: Hold a university master's degree in electrical engineering or computer science with excellent grades.
  • Skills: Possess good knowledge of software algorithms and architecture, CMOS circuit design, and electrical failure analysis.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills with a Zero Defect Mindset.
Desired Skills
  • Programming: Have good knowledge of Python programming.
  • Data Analysis: Possess experience or skills in data analysis, statistical methods, and tools.
  • Communication: Be fluent in English communication skills.
  • UNIX Commands: Have basic knowledge of UNIX commands.
  • Experience: Have 2-4 years of relevant experience, although first-time employees are highly welcome and encouraged to apply.
