Job Title: Clinical Sales Manager

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly motivated individual for the role of Clinical Sales Manager Central Europe. As a Clinical Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement the sales vision and strategy for the Central (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) Clinical vertical.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and develop a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of sales, business development, or product marketing experience in the diagnostic market.
  • Validated experience of delivering results through leading and developing managers and through building and influencing indirect reporting.
  • A degree level education is needed, with preference given where the degree subject has strong relevance to our business.
  • Strong communications, both written and oral, and the self-confidence to use these skills to deliver the vision for the platform.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, in addition to a local language.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and project ownership ethic with a “can do” personality.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, including to domestic and international markets (minimum 50% travel).
  • Demonstrates and drives the Thermo Fisher values – Integrity, Intensity, Involvement, and Innovation (The Four I’s).
  • Full driving license.
