Global Senior Process Expert

Join Advantest Europe GmbH as a Global Senior Process Expert and play a key role in shaping our globally harmonized business processes and global data model.
Responsibilities:- Support all business transformation projects with their process and data requirements.
- Act as a senior process and/or senior data analyst on transformation projects to support business users, partners, and suppliers.
- Collect business requirements and develop proposals on how to fulfill them.
- Analyze processes and user pain points, create user journeys, and develop and document re-engineered and efficient processes.
- Analyze business data and identify data quality issues and their resolution.
- Develop data and KPI definitions and implement them into our global business glossary and data catalog.
- Support the development of a scalable and modular process & data architecture to build a solid data foundation.
- Support, upskill, and train business users on process and data ownership and drive a process and data-driven culture and mentality.
- Design and support the implementation of data quality processes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or comparable.
- Experience working as part of a project team on transformations in Operations and Supply Chain Management.
- Solid experience with data analysis and data quality initiatives.
- Solid experience with process analysis and process documentation.
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
- Knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases, programming, and ETL frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, BPMN2.0, or similar.
- Good communication and collaboration skills in a global environment.
- Good knowledge of English is a must, written and spoken; German or Japanese is a plus.
- Self-starter with an analytical mindset, ability to delve into technical details as well as manage key business stakeholders.
- Experience in understanding how data supports solid processes and hence adds business value is a must-have core skill.
