Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Master Carpenter to join our team in Kassel, Germany. As a Master Carpenter, you will be responsible for designing, building, and installing high-quality wood products for our customers. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build high-quality wood products, including cabinets, furniture, and other woodwork
• Install wood products in customer locations, ensuring accurate and timely completion of projects
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement new product designs and manufacturing processes
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all products meet our high standards
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Master Carpenter or equivalent
• Strong technical skills, including woodworking, carpentry, and design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail
• Proficiency in German language (written and spoken)
