Job Title: Structural Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop conceptual and detailed solutions for building requirements in gas engineering projects
• Plan offshore platforms, steel structures, and structural constructions
• Specialized planning for main and ancillary trades in industrial construction
• Prepare planning basis for permit and execution documents including detailed drawings for specialized trades
• Lead, coordinate, and supervise external experts and contractors
• Manage projects with cost and timeline responsibilities
• Prepare specifications, performance specifications, demand requirements, and construction applications
• Take technical responsibility in procurement negotiations and orders
• Participate in on-site construction management, coordination, and supervision
• Archive and document projects

Requirements:

• Completed university degree in civil engineering
• Professional experience in construction planning and execution of plant projects, preferably in the natural gas industry (offshore/onshore)
• Authorization for building applications desirable
• Knowledge of relevant regulations/guidelines
• Experience in negotiations with authorities, contractors, and experts
• Strong commitment, communication skills, mobility, team-oriented work approach
• Good CAD and computer skills (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, MS Office)
• Fluent in German and English
