Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled System Engineer to join our team. As a System Engineer, you will be responsible for the operation and monitoring of our data protection platforms, including Cohesity. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the integrity and security of our clients' data.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor data protection platforms, including Cohesity
- Install, configure, and update data protection systems
- Implement security settings and troubleshoot issues
- Develop and execute changes, as well as implement regulatory requirements
- Responsible for data backups and restores
- Provide expert advice and support for the introduction of new services and data protection solutions
Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification, with several years of relevant work experience
- Experience working with data protection platforms, particularly Cohesity. Experience with IBM Spectrum Protect and Veeam is also beneficial
- Ability to analyze and resolve errors
- Understanding of the importance of security standards and regulatory requirements
- Fluent German and English language skills
