We are seeking a skilled Logistics Technician to join our team at Charles River Laboratories, Inc. in Kaarst, Germany. As a key member of our Warehouse/Logistics team, you will be responsible for receiving raw materials, packaging materials for production and laboratories, receiving samples for the laboratories, and dispatching reagents and laboratory instruments nationally and internationally.

• Receive and store raw materials and finished goods in a safe and organized manner
• Pack and label materials for production and laboratories
• Receive and process samples for the laboratories
• Coordinate the dispatch of reagents and laboratory instruments
• Perform general warehouse activities, including inventory management and maintenance of a clean and safe working environment

• Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in warehousing and transport
• Class B driving license
• Knowledge of written and spoken German (C2 level) and English (C2 level)
• Good IT skills and use of common Microsoft Office package
• Good spatial awareness and thinking
