We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Principal to join our team and help shape the future of our venture capital fund. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and managing our portfolio of startups.

• Source and analyze investment opportunities in the fields of manufacturing, energy & infrastructure, and healthcare & pharma production
• Coordinate due diligence processes with our partner network and expert advisors
• Execute investments, including business due diligence and negotiation of contractual terms
• Manage our portfolio of startups and provide advisory support to investees
• Maintain and expand our network of corporate partners, family offices, and funds of funds

• Master's degree in a relevant field, such as natural sciences, engineering, or economics
• Minimum 5 years of experience in venture capital or a related field, with a strong track record of successful investments
• Proven expertise in deep tech investments and a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem
• Excellent networking and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with investors, entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders
