About the Role:

Deutsche Bank seeks a seasoned Cyber Security Audit Manager to spearhead the management of audit findings across its cyber security programs. This role involves the systematic review, tracking, and resolution of audit findings, as well as the development of strategies to mitigate identified risks. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cyber security frameworks, audit methodologies, and regulatory compliance requirements, combined with proven experience in audit management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the assessment and management of audit findings related to cyber security, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Develop and implement audit management strategies to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks associated with cyber security.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate comprehensive cyber security audits.
  • Ensure alignment of audit management activities with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cyber security teams to enhance security controls and processes based on audit findings.
  • Develop and maintain robust documentation of audit findings, corrective actions, and progress updates.
  • Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and relevant stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of potential impacts and necessary actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in cyber security practices through insightful analysis of audit outcomes and trend analysis.
  • Foster a culture of compliance and security awareness across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or similar certifications highly desirable.
  • 5+ years of experience in cyber security audit, risk management, or compliance, with a strong focus on audit management.
  • In-depth knowledge of cyber security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), regulations, and audit methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage complex audits and coordinate with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
