Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

Wir suchen einen dynamischen und erfahrenen Innovation Manager (m/w/d), der/die unser Team im Bereich Partnermanagement und Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekten (R&D) unterstützt. In dieser Position übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Entwicklung von Partnerschaften, der Förderung von Innovationsprojekten und der Beschleunigung von R&D-Initiativen.


Qualifikation

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Innovationsmanagement, Ingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Fachbereich
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Partnermanagement, Innovationsmanagement oder Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Umfeld von Forschung und Entwicklung
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie die Begabung, effektiv mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zu interagieren
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten zur Bewertung von Partnerschaftspotenzialen, Marktchancen und Innovationsstrategien
  • Teamorientierung und die Fähigkeit, in einem interdisziplinären Umfeld zu arbeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (min. C2)
  • Gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (Business Level)
