As an Area Sales Manager at FREE NOW, you will be the driving force behind our sales engine in Germany. Your mission is to conquer new market shares and grow our customer base at an unprecedented rate.

Your daily routine will involve prospecting for new clients, mastering outreach strategies, and meeting clients face-to-face to make them fall in love with our solution. You will also be responsible for onboarding new clients, managing existing relationships, and identifying cross- and upsell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to reach and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in German and at least B2 English level
