About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at REWE. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring accurate inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers
• Accurately manage inventory, including receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining accurate records
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments
• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
