Logistics Visionary to Revolutionize Supply Chain Operations

Project A Ventures is a venture capital firm that backs early-stage companies in Europe's digital technology space. We provide our ventures with capital and an extensive network, along with operational expertise and support.
Job OverviewThis role involves being fully involved in the chaos and uncertainty of building a company. You'll collaborate with decision-makers and experts throughout the company-building process. Our investment managers will support and guide you, providing honest feedback from an investor's perspective.
The OpportunityWe're looking for a Founder with an entrepreneurial mindset, combined with a passion for supply chain & logistics and building a long-lasting, successful company. Experience in building companies, consulting, and managing business units is desirable. Subject matter experts or industry experts who have identified a unique need in a specific segment are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities- You'll be fully immersed in the normal chaos and uncertainty of building a company.
- You'll collaborate with decision-makers and experts throughout the company-building process.
- You'll have constant access to our investment managers who will support, guide, and provide honest feedback from an investor's perspective.
- You'll spar with the investment team for industry hypotheses and engage in exchanges with functional experts.
- You'll be involved in important steps such as early validation, user research, and conducting interviews.
- You'll be part of the ideation processes: creating a MVP, raising a funding round, and hiring top talent.
We're looking for someone with a strong track record in a senior operational role within a fast-growing startup or scale-up, with a prior focus on logistics and/or procurement. You should have a unique insight in Supply Chain or Logistics that will be embedded in your company and results in a competitive advantage.
Please note that we are looking for support in our Berlin office. Eligibility to work within the EU is required.
