Project Manager Assistant Role

We're seeking a skilled Project Manager Assistant to join our team at the beating heart of our company's daily operations. As a key member of our international team, you'll be responsible for leading part of projects and complete projects in accordance with our APS development strategy and serial project planning and realization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create modular solutions or select and adapt existing modular systems according to customer needs and assembly applications.
  • Develop specification sheets and design 3D concepts, working collaboratively with our designer/developer to create modular assembly systems aligned with ARaymond product families.
  • Assess and define the feasibility of components and assembly groups, considering time, costs, and function/installation aspects.
  • Create project plans, define milestones, and quality gates, ensuring their implementation.
  • Plan and control project parts or components.
  • Develop project specifications by reviewing customer requirements and performance standards, completing technical studies, preparing cost calculations, and offering solutions.
  • Validate performance by planning, designing, and conducting experiments and tests with prototypes.
  • Optimize existing systems and processes.
  • Support the project manager throughout the project.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement process and identify new technologies and components.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with the Machinery Directive and prepare CE certificates.
Requirements
  • Engineering diploma or state-certified technician in mechanical engineering.
  • Engineer or experienced technician with 2 years in engineering or industrialization departments.
  • Several years of work experience in mechanical/technological development.
  • Proven project work experience and risk management skills.
