Your Tasks

As a Junior Financial Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial health and compliance of our organization.

  • You will lead the month-end close process for specific units and maintain partnerships with shared service centers and external accountants.
  • You will lead the audit process and act as a liaison between the business and external and internal auditors.
  • You will ensure that financial reports meet the highest standards of accuracy.
  • You will assist in the management of treasury functions and the maintenance of internal controls and policies.
  • You will promote a culture of continuous improvement and development.


Your Profile

  • You have first experience in financial controlling or a comparable field.
  • You have a strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
  • You have first experience in using ERP Systems.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multicultural and international environment.
  • You are ambitious, have a strong desire to grow and are ready to tackle challenges.
  • Fluency in English and German is essential.
  • Additional language skills (French or Italian) are a plus.
