We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Production Supervisor for our Berlin-Tempelhof facility.

Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee and support all production processes within our kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate closely with the Production Manager, preparing shift and production schedules to ensure efficient operations.
  • Guarantee a consistent supply of necessary ingredients for processing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your team, addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Maintain Burgermeister's high standards of hygiene and safety regulations across all areas of production and among our employees.
Your Profile
  • Possess a background in the culinary industry, ideally with formal education.
  • Demonstrate several years of proven experience in a similar supervisory role within a food production setting.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to hygiene and cleanliness in all work practices.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Be fluent in both German and English.
  • Show strong responsibility, reliability, flexibility, and commitment to your tasks.
