Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Export-Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) für unsere Niederlassung in Münster. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du dich um die Auftragssachbearbeitung internationaler Aufträge kümmern und sicherstellen, dass alle Liefertermine und Transporte pünktlich ablaufen.

Aufgaben
  • Auftragssachbearbeitung der internationalen Aufträge
  • Erfassung und Bearbeitung der eingehenden Aufträge
  • Überwachung der Liefertermine und Transporte
  • Zollsachbearbeitung
  • Erstellung der Versanddokumente
  • Abstimmung mit der Logistik zur Organisation der Transporte
  • Betreuung der Kunden telefonisch und schriftlich
  • Führung von Streckengeschäften
  • Überwachung der Bestände und Abstimmung mit den Einkäufern
  • Vertretung im Frachtkostencontrolling und Reporting
  • Erfassung und Pflege der Dokumente und Stammdaten im ERP-System
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre
  • Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst
  • Kenntnisse im Export und in der Arbeit mit Atlas
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung und Vertriebsaffinität
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und fließende Englischkenntnisse
  • Zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
