About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Assistant to join our team at AGRAVIS Raiffeisen. As a key member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and control stock movements to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices, and other commercial paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records and data in our ERP system to ensure compliance and reporting requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email to resolve queries and concerns.

Requirements

• Relevant commercial or business administration qualification and experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, with a strong focus on Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
