About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team in Stuttgart, focusing on project and construction management for the biopharma and life science industry. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing planning, implementation, and finalization of projects in the biopharma and life science industry
  • Ownership of cost, time, and quality targets of the project
  • Overall responsibility for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and related topics
  • Internal and external project reporting
  • Assembly and management of Exyte's project team during the planning and execution phase
  • Management and coordination of external partners and suppliers
  • Risk Management for the project
  • Participation in contract award negotiations with suppliers and sub-contractors

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A completed Master's degree in industrial engineering, civil engineering, architecture, building services engineering, or clean room technology
  • Several years of professional experience in the planning and implementation of EPC investment projects
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel and stay on site
  • Independent and service-oriented way of working and good communication skills
