About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced EV Sales Consultant to join our team in the DACH region. As an EV Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for developing strategic business relationships with prospects and existing customers to drive the adoption of our EV solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize customer value and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects across the DACH region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop a comprehensive pipeline to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality sales proposals and presentations.
  • Actively manage the sales process, from lead generation to close, ensuring a smooth integration with the Technical Implementation Manager and ongoing Account Manager.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in EV sales or a related field, with a strong understanding of the DACH market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Highly developed strategic selling skills, with the ability to engage with board directors and establish understanding of requirements.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to push back where a deal is not suitable for the business.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to close business opportunities.
  • Native German level and proficient level English are a must, other European languages are a plus.
