At Exyte Central Europe GmbH, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Consultant Cloud to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in improving digital employee experience, application proficiency, and adoption through cloud and data center solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and manage the implementation of digital cloud projects, from lift-and-shift to re-platforming or technical consultancy in new era technologies.
  • Understand and anticipate the direction of the business area(s)/unit(s), identify opportunities, and make recommendations to support change and adoption for cloud and on-premises datacenter activities.
  • Implement, manage, and enhance digital employee experience (DEX) and application adoption and proficiency utilizing Microsoft Azure Cloud & Data Center solutions.
  • Ensure that each service is delivered according to the service attributes such as performance, availability, security, etc.
  • Ensure new applications and services are launched on and supported by the cloud team.
  • Monitor content and workflow usage and effectiveness to accommodate software and business processes.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to drive adoption of existing applications and strategize for successful deployment of new technologies.
  • Act as a change agent and enable communication between business, clients, and other relevant stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's or equivalent experience in computer science, information technology, engineering, system analysis, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with service management of Cloud & Data Center services, Cloud Services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), Microsoft Azure, Data Center management, and Windows Server operations.
  • Good knowledge of standard IT Operations frameworks (e.g., ITIL certification required).
  • Experience in managing complex IT services in heterogeneous, large, and distributed environments (10,000+ users).
  • Experience in configuration management and driving Azure Cloud technology adoption.
  • Microsoft Azure certification or formal training is preferred.
  • Proven track record of last-level support and technical implementations on enterprise-grade cloud landing zones, preferably Microsoft Azure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in English, German language skills preferred.
