We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Incident Responder to join our team at Siemens AG. As a key member of our Cybersecurity team, you will play a critical role in protecting our digital assets and ensuring the security of our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and respond to IT security incidents in a geographically distributed environment, collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analyze reports, collect and analyze technical incident information, and generate reports to ensure progress on incident tickets.
  • Contribute to the improvement of our internal toolset by suggesting new ideas on functionality and features.
  • Advise management and stakeholders on improving and driving Siemens' Cybersecurity posture.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Long-term work experience in Incident Response, with experience in IT Forensics or Vulnerability Management a plus.
  • Significant technical knowledge in IT Security, including Linux and Windows operating systems, web technologies, networking, and cloud environments.
  • Solid understanding of technical and organizational aspects of information security.
  • Experienced in fundamental attack concepts and knowledge of cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills, including clear and concise communication and ability to work with collaborators of different backgrounds and technical levels.
