About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insolvency Assistant to join our team at BBL. As an Insolvency Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Insolvency team in managing and administering insolvency cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and draft correspondence and standard letters to debtors, banks, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
  • Compile and submit reports and supporting documents to courts and other authorities.
  • Conduct research and gather information from various sources, including court records and other public documents.
  • Monitor and follow up on tasks and deadlines with colleagues and external parties.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files related to insolvency cases.
  • Provide administrative support to the Insolvency team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders via phone and email.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Completed education as a legal secretary, office manager, or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent German language skills; good English language skills are also desirable.
  • Previous experience in the insolvency field is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in modern office software and applications.
