Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Show Runner.

As a Show Runner, you will be responsible for managing projects independently, developing show concepts for major streamers, and creating creative concepts and show ideas for streaming events.

You will also be the interface between our artists and customers, creating project plans and calculations, writing briefings, and defining goals.

Additionally, you will plan and accompany video shoots and events of the artists, including event coordination on location.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about our company and product, and who can contribute their own ideas to drive innovation.

Requirements
  • Currently studying business administration, social economics, (economic) psychology, marketing, or comparative studies
  • Motivated and driven to make things happen, even in stressful situations
  • Experience with influencer tools, databases, and analysis of KPIs
  • Experience with campaign budgeting and market pricing
  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and other social media platforms
  • Technical understanding of the streaming world and the Twitch platform
  • Imagination, creativity, and ability to design and move people with new content ideas
  • Visual requirements of digital communication and ability to creatively stage complex topics
  • Structured and independent way of working, with excellent written and spoken German and English skills
