Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Asphalt Plant Technician to join our team in the central region. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our asphalt mixing plants, ensuring their smooth operation and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Continuously improve and develop the technology of our mixing plants.
  • Conduct maintenance, repair, and setup tasks on heating systems of rotary kilns.
  • Troubleshoot and repair fuel systems, electrical systems, and burners on asphalt mixing plants.
  • Assist in conducting emissions measurements.
  • Proficiently read and understand complex industrial circuit diagrams.
  • Enjoy working on repairing and setting up control technology.
  • Take pride in installing and commissioning burner systems on asphalt mixing plants.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in handling electronic documents and measuring instruments.
Qualifications
  • Completed vocational training in installation trade (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) or electrical engineering.
  • Knowledge in heating, control, and burner technology is advantageous.
  • Quick comprehension and dedication to your work.
  • Experience in electrical equipment technology.
  • Analytical and results-oriented mindset.
  • Independent, structured, and careful work approach.
  • Proficiency with PC skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel.
  • Valid Category B driver's license.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
