Job Title: Category Manager Electrical Equipment

We are seeking a highly skilled Category Manager Electrical Equipment to join our team at BELECTRIC GmbH. As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic procurement of Electrical Equipment, primarily Battery Storage Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive category strategy for Electrical Equipment, including market analysis and supplier selection.
  • Manage the procurement process, including tendering, contract negotiation, and supplier performance evaluation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in a field such as Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in category management, procurement, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
