Logistics Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Order Desk Assistant at Page Personnel. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of orders from internal systems to our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage system order entry to guarantee accurate and timely order processing
  • Oversee system data related to returns of goods to maintain efficient inventory control
  • Analyze and manage large datasets within established parameters to inform business decisions
  • Ensure precise and accurate system order input to prevent errors
  • Verify the accuracy of delivery information to prevent delays
  • Handle customer complaints regarding unfulfilled orders in a professional manner
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Collaborate with production, sales, warehouse, and carrier personnel to expedite or track missing or delayed shipments
  • Prepare and present order reports to management for informed decision-making

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is required
  • Proficiency in working with large Big Data files
  • Experience in preparing and tracking orders
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the corporate automotive industry is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, good time management, result-oriented, proactive, and a good team player
  • Proficient in Excel and fluent in English and German
