Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fachbauüberwachungsleiter:in Oberbau to join our team at DB InfraGO AG in Halle (Saale). As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• As a Fachbauüberwachungsleiter:in Oberbau, you will be responsible for conducting site inspections and ensuring that all construction work is carried out in accordance with Deutsche Bahn AG's guidelines and regulations.
• You will coordinate and monitor the work of various contractors and external site managers, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• You will be responsible for ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, including those related to health and safety, environmental protection, and accident prevention.
• You will act as the site manager, overseeing the construction process and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• You will be responsible for documenting and monitoring the progress of construction projects, ensuring that all necessary records are kept up to date.
• You will be responsible for submitting Betra applications and ensuring that all necessary security measures are in place.
• We offer a comprehensive 2-year training program, including theoretical and practical training, to ensure that you are fully equipped to handle the demands of this role.

  Your Profile:

  • You hold a successful completion of a state-approved technical training program in the field of civil engineering or a master's degree in track construction.
  • You possess the qualification as a Fachbauüberwachungsleiter:in KIB according to the guidelines or are willing to obtain it.
  • You have relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably in the fields of civil engineering, track construction, or infrastructure development.
  • You possess strong business acumen and the ability to think and act strategically, particularly in times of crisis.
  • You are willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as required.
  • You hold a valid driving license (class B) and are willing to use a company vehicle for business purposes.
