About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior SAP Developer to join our team at Pointsharp. As a Junior SAP Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of our SAP applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of SAP applications using ABAP, with opportunities to work on Java, C#, and TypeScript projects.
  • Participate in various stages of the software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment under the guidance of senior developers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications with support from senior team members.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs with supervision.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and incorporate them into the development process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, apprenticeship in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in developing software projects using SAP ABAP, even if no prior experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Good communication skills in English or German.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Open mind and curiosity towards learning new technologies and improving existing skills.
