About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at DAVASO GmbH. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our business customers in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: You will be the primary point of contact for our business customers, handling their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Account Management: You will be responsible for managing a defined portfolio of business customers, providing them with personalized support and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Communication: You will communicate with customers via phone and email, providing clear and concise information and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Problem-Solving: You will use your analytical skills to resolve complex customer issues, escalating them to senior team members when necessary.
  • Documentation: You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, using our ticketing system to track and resolve issues.
  • Team Collaboration: You will work closely with our internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve our overall service offering.
Requirements
  • Education: You have a completed vocational training or first work experience in customer service.
  • Communication Skills: You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and are able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: You have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office and are able to use our ticketing system to manage customer interactions.
  • Teamwork: You are a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Flexibility: You are able to work in a fast-paced environment and are flexible with regards to working hours and location.
