Key Responsibilities- Customer Support: You will be the primary point of contact for our business customers, handling their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Account Management: You will be responsible for managing a defined portfolio of business customers, providing them with personalized support and ensuring their needs are met.
- Communication: You will communicate with customers via phone and email, providing clear and concise information and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Problem-Solving: You will use your analytical skills to resolve complex customer issues, escalating them to senior team members when necessary.
- Documentation: You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, using our ticketing system to track and resolve issues.
- Team Collaboration: You will work closely with our internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve our overall service offering.
- Education: You have a completed vocational training or first work experience in customer service.
- Communication Skills: You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and are able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Technical Skills: You have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office and are able to use our ticketing system to manage customer interactions.
- Teamwork: You are a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
- Flexibility: You are able to work in a fast-paced environment and are flexible with regards to working hours and location.
