Automation Business Partner

We're seeking a seasoned Continuous Improvement Automation Business Partner to join our team at Maersk, the world's leading container logistics company.
About the RoleAs a key member of our Continuous Improvement team, you'll play a pivotal role in streamlining processes and enhancing customer experiences through automation. Your expertise will help us stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with customer experience teams to identify automation opportunities and design effective solutions.
- Develop and implement automation scripts, workflows, and tools to optimize processes and reduce manual intervention.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions into existing systems and workflows.
- Provide training and support to team members on utilizing automated tools effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automation technologies.
- A continuous improvement mindset and project management skills.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or similar.
- Knowledge of transport and logistics, database systems, and SQL for data manipulation and extraction.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and platforms (MS Power Apps, Power Automate, Flow, AI).
- Familiarity with APIs, JSON, macros, and web services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
