About the Role:
Hosokawa Alpine is a leading manufacturer of high-quality machinery and equipment, renowned for its durability and efficiency. As a data administration specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by managing existing and new articles, ordering materials, and verifying article characteristics.
Your Responsibilities:
- Administer data related to existing and new articles, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate the ordering of articles, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Verify article characteristics, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Develop and implement efficient data management systems to enhance productivity and reduce errors.
About You:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of data administration principles. You should have a degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field, and experience with 3D design software, such as CREO. Proficiency in MS Office and German language skills are also essential.
