Senior System Architect

Masentó Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior System Architect to join our team. This role will involve designing and architecting a unified software and system ecosystem that integrates an Integrated Development Environment (IDE), a real-time runtime environment for industrial equipment, and a digital platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to ensure seamless component integration and enhance user experience and system performance.
- Establish and enforce best practices for software architecture, firmware development, and system design to meet performance, security, scalability, and maintainability requirements.
- Apply scaled agile methodologies to foster efficient team collaboration and timely delivery of integrated solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements and ensure the ecosystem addresses various needs effectively.
- Lead technology decision-making processes across individual products and the broader portfolio, aligning with business objectives and technology standards.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and methodologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement across the ecosystem.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- 15-20 years of experience in software architecture, system design, embedded software development, with deep expertise in IDEs, runtime environments, and digital platforms.
- Proven track record of integrating complex software products into cohesive ecosystems, focusing on user experience and performance optimization.
- Strong technical experience in industrial automation, machine building, or the manufacturing industry, with hands-on experience in developing system/software architectures for modern automation solutions.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences and gaining buy-in within a matrix organization.
- Proficient with modern software development tools, languages, and frameworks, with a strong commitment to staying informed on industry trends and advancements.
