Career Opportunities

We are seeking a Luxury Claims Specialist to join our logistics center in Leipzig. This role requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Correspond with international suppliers regarding complaint processing and goods evaluation.
  • Collaborate closely with the Incoming Goods and Buying Team, Customer Care, and Personal Shopper Team.
  • Coordinate exchanges and returns on commission.
  • Create shipment and customs documents, pack returns, and review shipments.
  • Process credit notes and replacement deliveries.

Qualifications

  • Completed relevant commercial education.
  • Excellent English and German language skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication skills with external partners, negotiation skills, discretion, and diligence.
  • Ability to concentrate, focus, and work passionately, as well as loyalty.

Compensation and Benefits

  • An estimated salary of €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
