Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Airworthiness Assurance Engineer to join our team at STRATO Personal GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting surveillance of Design Organisation through proper application of airworthiness assurance tools, including audits, scorecards, and assessment of safety incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with airworthiness regulations
  • Investigate findings and queries, and follow up until resolution
  • Assess potential hazards and define measures to mitigate them
  • Carry out investigations and define measures to implement in a timely manner
  • Provide advisory function within the Design Organisation on DOA related issues

Requirements:

  • Completed studies in the field of aerospace or a comparable qualification
  • Ideal experience in auditing and certification
  • More than four years of professional experience in the field of engineering
  • Knowledge of certification requirements in the military and civil regulations area
  • Experience in the auditor field is mandatory
  • Fluent in English
  • German knowledge is desirable
