Key Responsibilities- Conduct daily process audits to identify defects and develop corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with site operations teams to implement process improvements and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and maintain expertise in key transportation process paths and exception handling procedures.
- Provide proactive feedback to operations management on quality-related issues and collaborate with central teams on projects and system enhancements.
- Establish effective communication channels for sharing quality-related updates and best practices within assigned sites/region.
- Transportation or Supply Chain experience within a high-volume logistics, manufacturing, or engineering environment.
- Project Management experience, with a focus on process improvement and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in the local language and English, verbally and written.
- Demonstrated experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies or similar techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and demonstrated experience querying relational databases using SQL (or other query language).
