Cyber Security SOAR Consultant

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled SOC Professional Services SOAR Consultant to join our team. As a SOAR Consultant, you will play a critical role in assisting our customers with the identification and creation of SOAR automations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying customer needs and structuring analysis steps into automated playbooks;
- Configuring customer SOAR platforms for optimal usage and support;
- Creating custom plugins where no existing plugin exists;
- Advising on installation configurations and best practices;
- Autonomously managing customer expectations and prioritizing requirements.
You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their SOAR automation requirements. Your expertise in SOAR and cyber security will enable you to provide high-quality support and guidance to our customers.
Requirements- 2+ years' experience as a SOC Analyst;
- Advanced information security knowledge in one or more areas such as Enterprise end-point security products, SIEM, SOAR;
- Knowledge of one or more of the following security technologies from vendors such as Microsoft, Palo Alto Cortex, Elastic, CrowdStrike;
- Development skills, preferably in Python 3.10;
- Results-oriented and able to deliver within preset deadlines.
