Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Operational Excellence Manager, der unsere europäischen und asiatischen Standorte unterstützt und Verbesserungsprozesse vorantreibt. Die Position bietet die Möglichkeit sich in 2 bis 3 Jahren in die Funktion einer Werksleitung weiterzuentwickeln.

Aufgaben

  • Leitung und Organisation kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozesse an Produktionsstandorten in Europa und Asien mit dem Fokus auf Qualität, Prozessfähigkeit und COPQ Reduktion
  • Durchführung und Unterstützung diverser, zum Teil werksübergreifender (Lean-) Projekte
  • Datenanalyse, Planung und Realisierung von Verbesserungsprojekten
  • Stabilisierung von Produktionsprozessen und Einführung von Arbeits- und Prozessstandards sowie Lean Six Sigma Tool
  • Schaffung einer dynamischen und auf stetige Verbesserung ausgelegten Arbeitskultur
  • Regelmäßige Berichterstattung und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Business Unit Leiter

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium im Ingenieurswesen oder ein vergleichbarer Werdegang
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Operational Excellence inkl. der Führung und Umsetzung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozesse und der Vereinheitlichung von Arbeitsstandards
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Projekt Management auf regionaler und globaler Ebene
  • Geübter Umgang mit Lean Six Sigma und Lean Manufacturing Methoden
  • Problemlösungsorientierte und strategische Denkweise
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten sowie eine Hands-On Mentalität
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft für regelmäßige Dienstreisen zu unseren Produktionsstandorten
